Starting as a podcast project from Noah J. Sandel, Notorious for Mumbling (NfM) is a storytelling media production business focused on bringing the human voice into frame exactly as desired.
With an original motto of "Storytelling you can't understand," we explore what storytelling means, how it is creatively spun, and which mediums are best suited for communicating different types of stories.
In 2020, NfM launched its first subbrand, Prudes & Moods (P&M). P&M is focused on arts, entertainment, pop culture, and social/cultural criticism. Simply, it brings you the entertainment you didn't know you needed.
In 2025, after a brief hiatus, NfM returned with a new subbranded project, 'Preciatecha. 'Preciatecha takes a human-first approach to community storytelling and dream building to support local arts, small businesses, and causes.
2025 will also mark the first year of a new podcast project from NfM, Jukebox Confidential, a music series with the banter from high school and a shared mental catalogue of music bound to be enjoyed.
